How do "Brokers" sellto docs discounted Allergan products from UK?

<

No, it is not legal. Look up the reimportation laws. They will do it until they get shut down then open again under a different name. This practice puts the patients and physicians at risk for legal and medical liability.

I am a distributor in Canada, and it blows me away as to how little is done to control product imports. Its a new world and distribution of products is getting hard to control. Legal or not this is about enforcement and manpower. Right now you Latisse is being ripped by a company called prolatogen. Look at the website, it is crazy what they are doing. After distributing a cosmetic eyelash conditioner for a couple of years, I am pretty sure the FDA, Health Canada and all else don't give a shit anymore!
