"You forgot to mention age discrimination (especially for women), this company is notorious for showing our experienced over 50 year old team members the door in the last 3 years. I know that several ex/current employees have been passed over for promotions or have been put on the bench..."
this is not just in sales, take a look at the females who left corporate in the past few years - highly qualified/highly competent women who got put in the corner - because of their age....... so now we have to train the youngsters in how to do their jobs.
