Dear Tokyo,

How in the world did the majority of Midwest "Management" stay in tact? What have they done to the Midwest?...well let me give you an analogy: pretend Godzilla and Mothra have been battling it out in Chicago for 6 months, that is what the landscape looks like now. However, the citizens of the devastated Godzilla-Mothra Chicago probably have better morale than the reps do in the Midwest.

I am sick of all the blasting of the management team in the Midwest. You all need to take a good, hard look in the mirror and ask yourselves: "What did I do in the 19 days I month I was not with my manager"? We gave you a solid plan, trained you, and you did not execute it properly nor meet minimum expectations. We are going to peel off a lot of the non-performers and trouble-makers and start anew. You ain't seen nothing yet.

You worthless managers are the problem. You do nothing at all. We learn nothing from you because you have nothing to teach. You are like a baby sitter, a mean one! Trying to find something wrong. Glad to hear so many of you will be gone. You are the real problem and waste of salary. GET RID OF THE WORTHLESS MANAGERS.

Welcome to the Midwest everyone! This is the shit we hear EVERY Day of our lives. Management in the Midwest is horrible. If more reps would step up and complain to HR, they would be out of jobs. Not one person in the Midwest Management team deserves to have their position.

You are painting too broad a stroke. The RDs in this region have shown great leadership during this trying time and most of the DM's manage but don't micromanage, especially chicago north.
