How Did They Make It?

I am curious how 3 employees at Arjohuntleigh have made it over 25 years with the company?

With all the turnover there, I am surprised that these 3 are still there. With so many mergers & the very high turn-over rate there it amazes me that anyone has been there that long.

Sigouin find them to expensive to package.

Yeah, they got their income cut and they kept it quiet.

I know of over 130 that were booted out. They replace them to only repeat the process over.Then you have 3 that skate by and have over 25 years of service. One person in particular was a top producer and was let go for no reason and replaced with someone that has had nowhere near the success of the one they let go and he is still there. The hiring practices and termination practices are strange there.

Sigouin implemented a policy requiring to fire any reps, or sales manager, if they don’t achieve sales target 2 years in a row. If she wants to terminate you she’ll boost your quota. The 3 veterans are either consistent performers or Sigouin likes them. She uses her favoritism management style to treat some differently.
