How can you sleep at night knowing you took money from our pockets? You effected the lives of our familys. The bad thing about it is, this money was earned over 3 months ago. You are just now telling us we are not getting paid?
I hope you look in the mirror and wonder if your momma is proud of you for what you have accomplished in life. Because to me, that means more then anything. There is a thing called karma my friend. I love it, because it pays back 10 fold. I will wish bad karma upon you. Have a good life.
 












It's ashame that people were laid off. However, the person who designed the bonus structure should have been fired! How can a company survive by giving out an $8K bonus to a rep that generates 30 TRx's worth about $7K. This doesn't even account for the base salary, car and benefits. The math doesn't work and we are only talking about Oravig.

Perhaps all these lay offs could have been avoided if the upper management team could do basic math.
 






If you review the IC payout that we were given for Q1 and Q2 only the bottom 20% were to not get paid on Oravig or Nascobal. If you generate scripts the company is making money on those scripts, why aren't we??? Thinking twice about this company and the structure of management here. I thought they always did the right thing, guess not!!

You seem very intelligent. It was wrong to layoff such quality people. Maybe we should have promoted you to CEO because your business sense is sound and your professionalism is impeccable.
 






You will never know if they had business sense since they could only call on the top 30 every week even if the top 30 were no rep offices, moved to Arizona, dead, retired, pediatricians, or only saw 2 patients a year but stick to the Shitiva plan

This is DEAD ON. Nevermind that we got a top 30 list from some dick in NY who has NO IDEA what the business is like in MY territory. How many emails did I get asking me WHY HAVEN'T YOU CALLED ON DR SO AND SO......uhhhhmmmmm he's freaking dead..
Oh! Well, we'll make sure to get that entered so that we don't hold that against you.

The inmates have been running the insane asylum. I am calling Bullshit.
But guess what.....doesnt help a thing. The idiots at the top know where all of the skeletons are so they aren't going anywhere.
I'd love to see someone at the TOP do the whole "Undercover Boss" thing. He might just come back to home office and fire the whole lot.

I agree. Shameful. This company is even lower than I thought. I bet RP was excited that this joke of a company made the Fierce Pharma email over layoffs. He probably feels legit now.
