How can ST still be the head of Indivior?

With everything that has happened at RB/RBP/Indivior, how is ST still the head?

How is any of the original leadership still employed? MC, JR, DB, RS

Please explain how this has happened. When you read the indictment (e.g., Here to Help, Chief Legal/Compliance Officer, FDA Citizens Petition, financial strategy, commercial strategy, anti-trust concerns, government pricing and reporting, etc.), other companies would have showed people in these roles the door, of course with a package in hand.

I saw other leadership shown the door like AN, REJ, TB. Why them and not the above mentioned?

The board voted to keep ST a few months ago....they probably figure they would beer find anyone with half a brain to take this sinking ship over! However, you think they would have voluntarily stepped down in good conscience. I cannot imagine a judge will look favorably to him deign their and more than quadrupling salary in recent years. $16M/year is gross!

It looks as if one of the original conspirators was recently demoted to key accounts from ABM. Usually means he will be booted when another re org comes down
