How can I receive package?

Guys - my function was lift and shift but downsizing because people are leaving. It is suffocating with increased workload and job responsibility changed to operation and metrics rather than scientific discussion.

I hate it. I wish I could get severance package… is it too late? Is there any way to get out with the package

For packages I usually go with UPS. They are fast and efficient.

Oh come on people this is a serious question. To the OP - if you already accepted a position and have been in role, I believe it’s too late for a severance package. If you haven’t accepted yet, there may still be time. P/O may still have open office hours for these types of questions so it wouldn’t hurt to reach out. Sadly the company in all roles is turning into nothing but box checking and micro management of metrics. Good luck

Probably not but someone did and I’m trying to show respect. Anyone who has any involvement with TFG knows that things didn’t shake out at all like they were supposed to. Many people were supposed to be “lift and shift” and their roles changed to the point where they are doing the job of several people. I’m hearing this everywhere all through the three different organizations or whatever we call them now

Reach out to P&O about filling a hardship. I know some who have successfully gotten package based on hardship as new territories tripled in size. Not sure what all constitutes a hardship but worth asking. GL

+1 on hardship.

I you are field based, it is usually a mileage distance from your current residential address.

Last Hunger Games, it was >=50miles, IIRC (if I recall correctly).
