How can Crapkeda find out that you have taken a new job before June 2nd?

For those of us who were lucky enough to get laid off and we're fortunate enough to immediately find a new job, how can Takeda know you found a new job? The only way I can figure is if your takeda healthcare gets cancelled because your new healthcare starts. Has anyone thought of any other ways?

VERY SIMPLE!!! THE DAM RECRUITERS!!!

I'm serious as a heart attack!!! When you go through a recruiter to get another job, yes, if you make it past a few months they get paid but THEY ARE PAID BY YOU ONLY ONCE....

This is very key! WHO do you think a recruiter is going to be more loyal to, the Rep (1 time commission) or Takeda (career long residual payment)????

The recruiter after your hired will make money off you, and IF they handle the Takeda accounts or would like to work with Takeda, what better way to tell on you by calling your manager or HR! This is REAL DEAL...

However, there is a solution! BEFORE YOU SEND OFF RESUMES OR DO INTERVIEWS WITH RECRUITER....

REQUEST TO KNOW IF THEY WORK WITH TAKEDA OR NOT....if they don't Takeda more than likely won't find out! If they do.... 100% they will sell you out for a better long term relationships!

This also, includes those of us still working at Takeda... BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU ALL WORK WITH.... THIS IS EXACTLY HOW THEY FIND OUT...

BUT REMEMBER...if they find out, it's not a crime, because its severance pay, not a active work pay... that worst you lose a check...

TOO ALL OR ANY DUMB BLONDES, PLEASE USE YOUR BRAINS!!!

The company will not find out as long as you do not let HR know. I know this for a fact because I was laid off last time. I got a new job within a week and got double paid for 2 months. The only thing that you need to do is let your new employer know what is going on and that you will be paid by Takeda at the same time that they are paying you. You do this because they might use the same payroll service and the service would report to both companies that you are employed by both. I told my new employer and they were fine with it as long as I had no day to day responsibilities with Takeda. The key here is to keep Takeda HR in the dark. They called me nonstop asking how my job search was going.

For anyone who has worked at Crapkeda for any period of time knows, Shitkeda does not use active recruiters, only passive. That's why they only get 7-10 duds per job posting, and are lucky when they get someone who is actually good. On the other hand, a manager at Celgene has interviewed and rejected over 200 candidates. She's also a miserable POS from what I hear.

ADP is in the business of managing payroll, not narcing out its customers. Furthermore, it is not illegal to have two jobs, so why would ADP feel compelled to communicate that . Final Word: ADP could get sued for breaching your privacy if they overstepped and communicated private information about your pay from one employer to the other. Keep it simple stupid: APD is there to pay you, thats all.

This exact thing happened at one of my training classes. A guy was sent home because he was trying to work 2 jobs. The company that I was training for found out through ADP. You as an employee are not the customer, the company is. Final word: you are an idiot.

You're just a number to adp they don't give a flying fuck. Stop being paranoid they would get sued for millions if they stepped in the way

I worked at Takeda in house for years. The first two layoffs (2010 and 2012), many people found jobs right away. Takeda not only paid them through the WARN period but they received their full severance package. ADP is not going to tell them anything about your pay with another company. Recruiters won't say a word because; a) Takeda does not care and b) if they breach your privacy and you end up losing your new job, they can be sued.

You are fine so stop worrying.
