how can a HSS become a District Manager

Is there a managment training program in place. I was told when I was hired there would be several opportunities and I would like to go beyong being a sales representative

Nothing like that is in place or will happen. If your looking to move up, its best to get onboard with another company

Obviously whoever posted this does not work here. One of the Oklahoma reps recently got promoted to DM for his region. Reps do get promoted here

How many reps have been promoted here? Can you count more than one? List it please!!!!

Uh considering the product hasn't been out for even 3 years, and it took awhile for the product to gain traction with formularies, etc....there's not a lot of reason to promote alot of HSS's. it would be a different story if everyone has been here for 10+ years and SEVERAL reps are top 10 reps for several years and hadnt gotten promoted to DM. BUT that's not the case here. Ofirmev hasn't even been in the US, in ORs for 3 years. Relax
