Focused on finishing up the year well, making quotas, and the sales award!
Sure, keep lowering the Quota as the year progresses and even a half-dead rep can meet the goal and earn the sales award!
I would like to have that kind of a job, where my quota is adjusted to match what I sell rather than selling to (or exceeding) the quota. Now that would be a dream job.
Frankly, is something wrong with you guys, that this is happening. I was looking at your company for a job, but I am not sure now. Any insight would be helpful.
Quota adjustment is fantastic here...it drops, we over-achieve and make more dollars. Lets not look a gift horse in the mouth please. Just please shut up and enjoy it while it lasts

Enjoy it now while it lasts. It's only a matter if time before Uroplasty returns to the shitty company it has always been. Company morale was so bad, they didn't have a choice because almost everyone was looking to leave. Company profits down because they are paying us more, and that will not last. Use this a resume booster, and get out while you can.

You must be a loser!
If the company pays you a lot for beating an easy quota, or for lowering your quota as the year progresses so that you can beat it and earn an award, then you think it is a good company. On the other hand if next year the company sets a quota for which you have to work hard to meet or beat, then you consider the company to return to being shitty. You must be a big time loser.
And now you blame all this on bad morale. Can you be more specific and tell us what is causing this bad morale?
I just don't get along with my team or VP....despite the good sales track record, it gets old
