There are a lot of similarities between John and Steve Jobs. Both have multi-million dollar compensation packages. Steve receives his for delivering innovation while John receives his for delivering excuses. Steve has a long list of successful product launches, John has a long list of failed product launches. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between these two brilliant lights of innovation.
