We cant until Sept 1. After we suck the information and energy out of all the people we plan on firing. The rest of your benefits suck anyway so dont worry about it.
 






Yeah pretty shitty they arent supplying us with better benefits now. No reaaon they cant. My last aquisition, we had the parent company benefits one week later. This is a trash company with a generic style reputation.
 












My MSL is looking and advised me to do the same. Something just doesnt feel right and I think I will regret not getting my resume out now. Please, if anyone knows of good companies hiring , please post. I can't even reach most people in home office anymore. Sad times.
 






Remember they already said our benefits will be similar to what we already have. So, in short, the package sucks. One of my physicians gave me a horrible frown when I brought up Mallinckrodt. All they could say was "why?" And "let me know what I can do to help you find another job". Seriously!!!! I made it out to be a good thing and he didn't buy it at all.
 












Our current benefits suck. Still can't believe we don't have anykind of a 401k match and I just had to replace all 4 tires on my car. I'm not even breaking even on the car. Its hard to believe Mallinckrodt is dragging their feet when it comes to giving us benefits. Thats never a good sign. So that combined with the fact that the bonus plan sucks it has become a real cluster
