What is the target comp and state of affairs for the Houston opening ?
Also interested in the position . Any feed back from current employees
GS is a solid product and owns the market in cart based systems. Problem is you can only put so many of them at a facility. Some OR’s have 1 system in every room. Growth is somewhat minimal. More maintaining, replacing broken stuff. Work life balance is phenomenal, pay is meh. If it’s a 1 mil capital territory comp will be around $200k

Almost guarantee this is a manager making this post. You will not make 200k in that role your first year, I'd quit my job today, move to TX if that was the case. The product is nearly 15 years old with little to no innovation. They have had serious recall issues and competitors are starting up in that space every year. Also, you will not be placing 100 units a year in any territory, that's over 8 units a month, good luck.
