Your Houston Dm JF is now my manager for about 2 months now. He seems very shady. Can anyone share if this is true. We are an ethical company and it seems he keeps pushing the limits and expressing poor behavior. Can former reps shed some light, so if he is shady I can contact my regionals.

He is absolutely shady! He will ask you to do things that are not something to be proud of. He learned from the best at Phadia which is not something to brag about. He is not an ethical guy.

ditto. Above posters correct. If it was Phadia influence, you need to be careful, especially if it matters to you what people you are selling to think about you and your ethics.
 












I completely disagree with idea that he is unethical in ANY way! In the midst of Phadia/TF being unethical in every way, he never was! He held true to his beliefs that we could sell ICAP on the merits of the product, no matter how other districts or regions were achieving their goals.
 






Wow! It's obvious that anyone posting negative comments about him, DOES NOT KNOW HIM AT ALL! I worked for him in the past, and to be honest, I have never had a better leader, and someone who genuinely cared about my career path and well-being. Unethical?!! It's unethical that you would post SHIT about someone you do not truly know. I am currently at the top of rankings, and attribute a lot of my success to his management. Seriously stop posting....you are disgusting.

As with everything else on this site, this individual's slander are totally unwarranted.

JF is an outstanding manager, and to question his ethics is ridiculous. He ran a very clean & very successful district at ThermoFisher in an absolutely ethical way.

Don't give this allegation a second thought, anyone working for JF should only be concerned about how to handle being happy about a manager that will do all he can to ensure their success.

JF is an excellent leader and put his heart and sole into his team. If he was unethical I am sure he would have won more ACEs. The people posting this Crap are miserable people. Also I highly doubt anyone working with him now is seriously concerned about a new manager. This is someone from TF that probably left or was asked to leave and who has something against JF trying to get stuff going. JF is nothing but a guy who loves to throw people under the bus and gossip about employees while leading conference calls. He thinks he's smarter than he is, loves his travel perks and does tow the line when it comes to shadiness. If you're concerned, go to your RM now so as to have him kept in line.

I have worked for JF for a few years and I have not witnessed any of the things you claim. If anything, he is a genuine person who cares about his people. What did he do to you to cause such ugliness?
