Malcolm committed the cardinal sin; he challenged Tilton and his bobble head NSDs. He was too popular with his people and Tilton hates that because in his world if the people don't hate and fear you then you are weak. Malcolm had to go so Tilton could put one of his puppets in charge of hospital and ruin it like they have ruined everything else in this company. We will probably get some genius like LN or RW who need something else destroy. This is the final sign for me that it is time to leave this place and not look back.

Oh for heavens sake...he is just retiring at the end of the year. But yes Hospital if Brilinta is aprvd will be tougher.

And yes Virginia there is a Santa Claus. He was one of the few good ones left but even he couldn't stand the lunacy any longer. The word is that he got fed up with having to deal with all of the bullshit and the idiots on SSLT. It is hard being the only competent one in the room and nobody is listening to you.

Well now isn't that just super dooper. We are losing a leader with over 25 years of sales leadership experience and getting someone with close to none and know absolutely nothing about selling in hospitals. I can't wait for LN, RW or some other clown to get in front of us at the first meeting and tell us how they need the hospital team to come through for them.
I say we all just sit on our hands and give them the total silent treatment.

After the Brilinta, there is NO way AZ can let hospital continue as it is. No way. They don't have a single true hospital product, not one. ONC & Hospital are simply doomed.
 






Most of hospital has nothing to do now, so really do something 1st of the year. No hospital products, no hospital reps. They all make large salaries and wiping them out soon, we save a large amount of money. I could handle there job.

Ah ha ha ha..that is so true, its obvious their spelling did not land them the "Spelling Bee". Now get this, Hospital has huge salaries? Oh get out of town, know plenty of CNS, CVAS, MCR and MCL that have salaries at about the same if not more!

Hospital is no diff than alot of other rep payscale. Quality is the difference and AZ hospital reps. will hopefully fill the spots when the useless MC's and MC DSM's are weeded out.

The truth is we are all doomed. With no new products expected now for at least two years what exactly do we have that the customers need to be sold? Crestor, oh please enough already. Onglyza, a sure sign the company is in trouble when they start renting out their sales force. Nexium, gone to contractors. Seroquel XR, oh please again enough already. But the reality is that even with new products these jobs are like VCRs and eight track tape players, once seen as state of the art and now obsolete.
I went back and looked at some old pictures from meetings in the 90s and even early post merger and noticed how happy everyone seemed to be then. Compare that to our meetings today and you will get a tell tale contrast.
