Hospital reps layoffs

With all the rumors about layoffs, what are your feeling about Hospital reps. I am currently selling Integrilin in cath Labs. How do you think we will do if there is a layoff?

Depends on your geography and how many other hospital reps, s3's, etc are around you. Integrilin has another year on patent and it's falling like a rock. Now with MDCO partnering with Brilenta and ISAR 4, IIBIIIA days are over. There is no chance Vora will make it to keep a dedicated cardio salesforce.
Sugamadex should be approved but knowing Merck and the FDA, they will find a way to screw it up. You wont see any changes until FDA votes on suga but they will likely combine all of hospital at that point. With Suga, a 40% reduction in all of hospital would be about right. The hospital pill reps Port 1? are a joke but they are keeping them around for the mix up because they are all merck ppl who play the merck BS well.

Integrilin doesnt go generic until Dec 2015. Hospital reps are fine until we hear about Suga. When is that PADUFA date by the way? Anyone know?
