I'll also keep all the articles that they give me and then warn you not to talk about. Also any off label discussions at dinner programs or speaker training will be documented along with payments given.

I'd be worried about what marketing and their sorry vendors say to KOLs. Listen and keep a log as you say. The shit will start to pile up quickly.

There are reps, specifically in the Midwest who have managers tape recorded and have verbal documentation of off label and the paying off of "speakers" to speak "once for Savella" and then disappear. Forest is going to get bamboozled like no other company has in about 3 months. Reps at Forest are nasty, neanderthal shifty bastards. They are trained to be stealth and used car salesmen, the one's with a brain behind the armor have these DM's and RD's pegged. I heard there are a lot of nervous nellies in the management ranks now and that people are starting to piss down there leg. First rule in fight club, you never talk about fight club......this is going to get very interesting. The Savella teams are scrambling like the cockroaches they are, you DM's messed with the wrong set of Indigo Girls this time.

If you are saying this stuff then YOU are the one who is going to jail dumbass. None of the four things you say above have ever been taught in training and training has gone out of their way to teach everyone to stay within label. I would be worried if I were you because all eyes will focus on you. I am in the same salesforce and I have never been told any of those things.

The desperation is beginning. We just got a warning from the FDA around off label promotion of Savella and it's just a matter of time before we get hit with a fine for Teflaro promotion. We have a history here at Forest of poor compliance and I'm looking to cash in this time too. They are giving us way too much information that they don't want us to talk about in the field. My manager is putting a ridiculous amount of pressure on me and HR isn't going to help. I'm going to cash in BIG
 












yea and it is unfortunate that none of you probably work for Forest. Just on here to stir up trouble. If in fact you do then you are ultimately responsible for the actions of your message, and what your speakers are saying at programs. You were taught that during training. Just waiting to jump on a lawsuit makes you more liable for those actions.

We don't but our speakers sure do, the rate of non-compliance with our speakers is ridiculous and also the perfect opportunity for record keeping. Plenty of witnesses to the actions and a formal log of their names as well. Not using the slides, proactive discussion of off-label uses, document it all!

I know of a few reps in this area who have over 20hrs of audio tape on manager and what the manager told reps to do with "speakers".....it is not good and people will pay...severely.
