Hospice Liaison Opportunity in Midwest

I've been invited to interview...

Are the goals attainable?

I would NEED to average $1,500-2,000/month in bonus. Is this realistic?

Is there a lot of turnover?

Is Heartland's service superior?

Car allowance?

Manage by fear?

Anything else I should know?

Thanks!!!

I only know what I hear from the field (I'm in home health), that Heartland is known for bad patient care and a revolving door for reps. When one rep is successful, they will attempt to bring on a second to build up the business, give them unrealistic growth goals, then push them out the door when those goals aren't achieved.

The rep in my area does fairly well but any new hires they bring on to develop additional business do not, and the position has been open several times in the past year. They won't attract experienced hospice reps with established contacts because said reps know better to avoid this company.

Do not expect a car allowance or a company car, this isn't pharma. You'll most likely get mileage reimbursement.
