Horsham office remodel

The remodel of the Horsham office is a $150mm project and should be completed by mid 2024. It promises to be a showplace. State of the art gym. Expanded conference and meeting facilities, covered parking with plenty of charging stations for EVs, covered walls to get from one building to another. BUT as a result, WFH is long gone. 5 days a week in the office. No excuses, no exceptions. And if the home office is expected to be putting in the hours, the field better buckle up. Friday pm calls and meetings. Golf and beach and mountain trips on Thursday and Friday will be a thing of the past.

What a waste of money. The home office drones are the ones that have fucked this company up.

The HO brains are deep in thought, developing strategies that will assure you can sell more to pay for these fancy new offices. If we need to spend 40+ hours/week here, you need to make sure we have the cash to be sure AC is always on, the floors are clean, the trash is empty and the coffee is hot. We're not even asking you to think. Just do what we tell you to do.

They can spend $150 billion, and I am still working 2 days a week. I can log my fake calls into the ipad regardless what office they sit in all day.

The new buildings look great besides the open seating headache but it should be 3 days max. It's absolutely not necessary to be in office 4-5 days a week. These dinosaurs will soon learn.
