it’s not the reps you moron. Docs write it but only about a third gets approved through insurance.

Coverage and cost are very different. You are clearly uneducated on the difference. And Thero only knows what the incompetent people covering managed care are telling him. The average cost to a medicare patient is 80 - 100 out of pocket. Its definitely covered , but costs too much!!

This made me laugh out loud! Daily skype sessions? Hilarious! I’ve sat with medical assistants who have gotten 8 of 10 prior auths denied, and they’re asking me how to get the appeal approved. JT’s managed care comments yesterday were misguided at best. The field is not seeing Rxs approved (coverage) and Medicare patients cannot afford the tier 4 cost (copays consistently $100+/month). The doctors are super frustrated with both the lack of coverage and the cost.
 






Commercial coverage is 60% unrestricted at best. Some states have as high as 80% but on the flip of that, more states in the 40-50% range. That's the problem. Look on MMIT and you'll see.
 






This launch has been bungled at the corporate level due to the ineptitude of the managed care team, not to mention the horrible RBMs and ASDs hired out of nepotism. So many of the people hired into this company got the job not from skill, but from knowing someone higher up. Our stock is taking a huge hit because a ton of investors saw the top-line results and bought and now that they hear we can't get it covered they're selling. Top prescribing CD's are getting pissed off and frustrated. It's only a matter of time before the ship sinks. It's all CYA from the top down and the reps are the butt of the joke.

After 8 weeks scripts are 75% higher compared to first 8 weeks of 2019. Doubled sales force not even fully active. Theros guidance is actually +53% over full 2019 level. Amarin will double the revenue in 2020 - makes $860 million - so stop trolling fool.

That’s not good enough!!! The biggest breakthrough innovation since statins and only a measly $860M?? 1B should be the absolute minimum and even that’s not aggressive. JT should do a sweeping investigation across the whole company. If Big Pharma owned Vascepa, no telling how much revenue it would be generating!

Wow! Your territory has great Commercial access, mine is 15% at best! Many NDC locks etc.. work my butt off and not making ANY money!

This drug sucks and so do you ! Fish Oil !! That's all it is this shithole is sinking fast . Life changing fish oil? I'll eat a fish sandwich cheaper and I dont have to visit a jag off doctor
