Don’t bother, from CEO to Management. No one has a clue. They are literally building the plan as they’re flying it and how to affectively run a start up company. This will be launched and bought within 2/3 years after approval. It’s a Carl Icon dream come true. But, you will be unemployed within 3 years !!!

Three years is an eternity in Pharma. Contract or Direct Hire. Anyone that survives three years should be counting their blessings. Good luck to all!

You can make a lot of money on a small company that gets bought out. If they give you stocks as part of the deal you can do better than with a long term deal. Something to think about.

did you receive an offer? I have not yet. Curious what the offer is....the car allowance, the bonus and pay.. I have been given estimates but nothing concrete yet.

That’s kinda the point of a start up - buy/sell/close business model.

Thank god they won’t hire the likes of you as you don’t sound like you have the fortitude to start a territory from scratch.
