Every workplace has them. The annoying, micromanaging, or simply incompetent manager. But a new study shows that bad bosses aren’t just bad for worker morale – they are also bad for business.

Psychologist and workplace intervention expert, Michelle McQuaid, conducted a study of one-thousand people. The study showed bad bosses can cost the economy $360 billion annually in lost productivity. McQuaid says three out of every four people report the most stressful part of their day is dealing with their boss.

According to workplace data analysis firm Evolv – a recent study at Xerox (XRX) demonstrated the major effects of poor workplace management.

I hope you do make more than me. Silenor has dog shit coverage in my state. BCBS has 80% of the state and requires a prior auth and step therapy. Meaning not only does a provider have to fill out a prior auth but the patient must try a generic first before insurance will cover Silenor. I'm not going to sell shit. I need to find another job. One where the drugs have decent coverage

We used to make a lot on zutripro before you idiots took over. Nobody will make great money here. I think the leaders know it and that's why clueless JJ has been so quiet lately.

That's why Somaxon didn't have reps in all 50 states. Even at the initial launch, certain states like Minnesota and Massachusetts didn't have reps.
