If the job market is good, there will be a ton of vacancies in the NBU during the launch. Everyone is tired of the lies, unattainable goals and lack of sales support. This division has become a joke!
 






Over ten year, hard working rep here. Just about out to persue greener pastures.

I feel like Andy Dufresne - "who crawled through a river of shit and came out clean on the other side."

I love and will miss you old Shire, I truly will.
But I've seen enough. And I'm not sticking around to see the second act of this.

I miss my Old Shire. I really do.
What a place to work this once was.
So much fun. So much purpose. So much $$.
But these days, I don't even recognize you anymore.
And I've finally seen enough.
I just can't stick around to see the second act of this.

As a non-sales pharma person who occasionally skims CP, notes like this remind me why the rest of the industry views so many sales reps as immature morons who add no value to the company except sad amusement.

Set up a profile on Glassdoor Alerts. You also have to check company pages and set notifications for openings that match your profile.

You can also open your LinkedIn profile so recruiters can contact you.

Good luck. Shire has become the worst in the industry so run as fast as you can or hang out and just collect a check.

This is accurate... I'm also hoping to be long gone before launch. Very strategic that they increase payouts at 101% when the country can't crack 98-99%. We all see that for what it is. Onwards and upwards y'all, there are better jobs available!

To the ahole who made fun of those who've been reps 10 years... ever noticed who won PC? Virtually all of them have been reps that long and many even longer. Think their career progression is working out just fine.

So true! To be a rep for 10 years is like being the janitor at an elementary school. Sample drops and lunches for office staff is Worse than scraping gum from under desks! Real ambition there - NOT!

Question: Has Kathy or Perry ever lasted somewhere 10 years? Even with their "big promotions?"

Answer: No! Because as soon as Flem runs off the new brass come in and escorts both their sorry asses out the door.
 












lots of uncertainty in the rare disease side.had that one conference call then no communication. really really quiet. there's a conference call this week i guess the next let goes of personnel.
