Will now start firing the incompetent RBDs that Eddie and Amanda left behind. A total house cleaning of leadership was needed. I am so glad we finally have a senior leader that can see through all the BS that lingered here for far too long.
 


















Just look at the most consistent regions & that’s who has the best RBMs.
Not just the ones with 1 person on team who has a whale but the teams with multiple reps doing well.
Southwest: OK, AZ, Dallas S
Central: Lexington, Nashville, Kansas City W
New York: Brooklyn, Lower Manhattan, White Plains, Hackensack
South East: Atlanta NE, Charleston, Atlanta NW, Greenville

They will definitely be making cuts and 15 regions will most likely turn into 10-12 instead with less targets.

I hear a lot are bad, never coach real skills. Just follow you around all day.
Gerald G is the worst. He just stands there on calls and stares at you while you are taking to a customer. Has absolutely zero to contribute on our teams meetings. No wonder his region is ranked in the bottom. I have never had a manger do less to help out their team. I cannot believe this guy is a senior RBD nonetheless.
 






Thankfully GG is no longer a manager. He cost Leo Pharma millions of dollars with his high turnover rate and terrible new hires. No wonder he launched Adbry so poorly.
 






No crap! I have never seen Texas launch a product so badly. It’s quite fitting that Gary, Eddie, and Gerald all lost their jobs over this debacle. Let’s see how long GG lasts in the training department while working remotely from Houston.
 






Gerald G could not train a 5 year old how to tie their shoe. Lol. It’s no wonder some of his newer hirers complained to other managers and TLLs how little impact he made on sales calls. All the while acting condescending towards the very new reps he hired. Sadly enough GG has an artificial ego created by the very people that supported / promoted him. All of whom have been fired. It’s about time a real leader took control of this cesspool of failure.
 


















It’s interesting how when Leo laid off reps in the past they simply let them go. Under our new leadership they created cushy remote jobs for 3 RBDs as opposed to just letting them go too. I wonder how long those positions will last because god knows they aren’t needed. How can you possibly be some kind of director while directing from your bedroom / home office.
 






I give Patty the axe and Leo HR a lot of credit with this one. Everyone knows the training job is a mindless, meaningless, and worthless job. Especially when considering how bad the Adbry data is compared to Dupixient. Now Leo has got G Golden Jr trapped in that stupid position to foster more brainless reps, while we all fail to hit our goal, they can just watch him fade into the sunset as opposed to allowing him to be a manager again. Eddie lost his job for fraudulent hires like him. I hope Gerald sends Eddie a thank you card with a gift certificate to McDonalds for promoting him. A move that clearly costed Eddie his position. Eddie could obviously use a McDonald’s chocolate Sunday with Gerald’s finger print splattered in the middle of it to cheer him up while he collects unemployment and gains some more weight.
