Balance billing patients is like shooting yourself in the heart. It will likely end in death. Once patients start complaining about the bills, the few docs ordering the test will stop ordering. If you send these patient bills to collection, its over!

Yes, you do. Sell services that will get paid. Don't take business that will not pay.
Or else you could offer to pay the services for all of your patients. that way the company gets paid for what they do (legal) and you can get what you want, no compaints.
 






You say sell services that get paid- you mean pay the company or pay me? Cause the company gets paid- but who is keeping my lights on? These people pay promises with peanuts!
