I have 2 years in derm and interviewing for a job, is this a solid company.. Salary same all over but more concerned about mentality and if micro managed. Great rep in my area she always seems so happy and making major bank n nice suv.

I depends on who your manager is and where the territory is placed as you take it over . Find out why last rep left . Galderma has great people and not so great people . The future here is uncertain and bonus is lower than ever .

I think my Acne division is in the most trouble . There is gonna be serious turn over at this company in the next 6-12 months . Shake ups through out the company , most likely the company will emerge better off , if you can work through the changes then maybe this company is for you .

Bottom line: It's not a really healthy work environment right now , but the new CEO appears to be the leader this company has badly needed . Trust between sales and sales management is at an all time low. This is it , straight up and honest .
 




new leader seems to the right guy. However, Fra and his cronies really need to go. They really bring nothing to the table and now that we are buying more aesthetic products - these guys are not the ones to lead this sales team. They really have failed at almost every turn if you look at it objectively.
