Feeling is a bad feeling! What did you get for your Holiday gift from the company? We got more berating from our VP. Told us how bad we are and how we are stupid and not competent to do our job. He keeps getting praise and we get crap. We worked so late we did not even get to go to the party but I heard it was bad and we did not miss anything. Bad feeling in labs. We are looking for new jobs for next year.

he did not leave...he got canned! there's a difference. the company will actually be in a better place...a lot of ppl don't actually know the down fall of the company and one of the main reason is the head of research.

"Downfall of the company" has more to do with the leadership of the company since Nestle took over compared to the leadership before Nestle. The company ran a successful and lean ship back in the early to late 2000's. Company now is run by people that don't know diagnostics- people with commercial experience in pharma but not with diagnostics.
Prometheus needs some of that early start up mentality to get back on track.
