Oh and let's not forget the annual "there's a problem with the final qtr Rx data". Always overestimated I might add. Laughable. Hey JR, SS, MM do you think most of us are really that stupid? (Granted because of your recent hiring practices some are) Ethics should be removed from the Astellas Way immediately.

Companies like Astellas No longer have any regard for their sales force. You are a completely interchangeable part which in their eyes is high risk -- The only thing reps can do moving forward is look for the unethical BS to surface (It Always does) in the corporate hypocracy - then pounce with a whistleblower suit - If you hold back out of some alligiance to Astellas you are a fool! They have zero allegiance to you!
