Home office should be required to come back to work

The field is tired of carrying the load for the lazy home office employees that only hops on DEI and Gender Equity calls with each other between their side jobs. These people have sat on company calls asking for daycare stipends and gas vouchers to come do their jobs. Seriously! Mandate they come back to work like federal workers have to! They have squeezed every dollar out of the sales force. This salesforce has has pitiful raises (averaging 2.6%) over the last several years, declining benefits, declining budgets, cutting being able to expense our internet when we are the REAL remote workers, crappy car choices which are our “offices”, and of course crappy bonuses. Our NSBU is the lowest paid sales force in the neuroscience space in the country, with the lowest target payout for bonuses. Please new leadership, break up the ass kissing and circle jerks of all the leaders and recognize who actually brings in the bacon!
