The new management rather screw our loyal customers and continue to make them want to go to our competitors just out of pure hatred for the way we have treated them. Our PPP customers were billed incorrectly at the begining of the year and instead of correcting it, they said too bad ...pay up suckers!! That's a good way to treat our best customers. Then we tell them don't raise prices and they do it anyways. They should stop spending money on hiring their friends and making the home office a mansion and invest in a new product. They have been talking about a new product for how long ? I think they really just want to run Arestin into the ground.
