Holidays

Why are people so needlessly rude on this site? It's a simple question. Seriously makes me feel as if I work with a bunch of grade schoolers. To answer the posters question: yes, shire closes the week between Christmas and New Years.

Agree with your post! We are plagued by a few trolls that are constantly posting negative crap!

Just like th he a$$ that berated me for asking about what kind of cars you get? I'm only curious bc I have an allowance now and don't want to get rid of it if I can't get an suv as an option. Plain and simple, not like I am going to base my decision off the car. Jeez!

It's always easy to hide behind a cloak of anonymity. To be honest I like most of my colleagues and yes Shire certainly has its flaws but overall it's been a good company to work for. Most of the people who complain about it most likely haven't worked in another industry or for a company that is extremely demanding of its employees. Or maybe they have a bad manager. Or maybe they are just overall miserable in every facet of their life. But in general, while I have had my issues and concerns cents with certain policies or manage my decisions, comparatively speaking it's been a great company, I've made good money and had the opportunity to work with a couple of great managers.

Who Cares! Buy your own SUV should y'all want one! Company car is for company business and not for any monkey business! Please show some maturity.
