We’ve all said it for years and I’ll say it again, leadership here has been historically bad and needs to be held accountable. From record fines, Government punishment, Botched MC contracts, making a bad reputation, lawsuits, and of course how we actually run our business has been the worst.
How many times will they cut reps, do silent layoffs, or come up with a failed flavor of the month selling process? This has been going on for 10+ years now, time to let go of some of these so called leaders vs placing constant blame on reps. If you want actually results and a better business, clean out the bad apples that jobs are untouchable. Until then, this cycle will repeat.
