Seems odd that the town hall was focused on retention yet managers have been instructed to bring heat to the field, regardless of the fact that we’re still functioning in a pandemic and are and always have been ridiculously dysfunctional. The reps that are good, or even halfway decent will be gone ASAP as they many have one foot out the door as is. It’s not easy to attract talent at this company yet they don’t seem to worry or care that they’re chasing them off with poor business tactics, little to no bonus money and high pressure to perform.
