Anyone involved in the Otsuka Interviewing/Hiring fiasco.. YOU MUST GO BACK AN READ POSTS from around November 2009 when OTSUKA Reaquired rights to Abilify and was building up CNS Spec Force. They completely screwed the pooch then and are completely screwing the pooch in the exact same ways in 2012. Yeah- I want to work for a company who is too stupid or inept to learn from their own mistakes... seriously- read 2009 posts at how many reps were completely pissed at how things were managed/mismanaged in recruiting-staffing.
 












Well, If you need to look back in history, I can understand why people and some employees cannot pronounce Otsuka correctly. As a matter of fact some ethnic backgrounds cannot say Oats-ka at all. It is more like Oak-sa.

What a bunch of babies!

You'd think you were the only job seekers that get jerked around! This is the business world! I got hired by Otsuka 5 months ago and the process with seamless from start to finish and I had very limited neuroscience experience. If many of you are as good as you say you are then at some point in your job search the right company will hire you.
I will say this despite their micro-managing, its a small company even with the expansion and for those looking for a few more years in the industry its worth putting up with to get to retirement.
