probably....they just cut many of the compensation plans, all the comp plan % rates were reduced. There is no money to be made, after you spend your day on spreadsheets, PECOS, Satellite, campaigns,CRM, billing........ if your lucky enough to have 5 mins to sell, you wont get paid much anyway, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
 












true, weather didnt help, however comp plan % rates were reduced, when you do make your #'s you are taking a pay cut vs last yrs plan....thanks LCA !! I'ts very de-motivating .

Thanks for the heads up. My weak dick manager didn't have the nerve to tell me. Oh well looks like I get home at 1pm vs 2pm. I will only give them what they give me.
 






I know they have an opening on the cleaning crew. That's right, I've left LC for bigger and better things. THD has hired me as an account rep. They promised I'd make a killing selling in the Texas area. I was trained by one of the best (at least he thinks so) in the area. I've been studying up and feel comfortable now visiting hospitals and physicians on my own. Now its time to finally make some real money. Maybe I'll see some of you out in the field, but what do I know I just use to clean the place.
