IF once an employee of Q and then the contract ends...and a new contract begins;

Why is it that some reps are hired by the managers of a certain contract while other reps have to go through the recruiter (of the company)?

I filled out an application with Q for the new contract 6460-that did not go through. Is it a good thing that I have my application in so that they will choose us for another contract? (I have worked for them before) I am just trying to find some hope that I will be put on another contract...soon

You will still have to "Apply" for the new position if and when it comes thru anyway, so you can "Withdraw" the 6460 submission if you like.

Why is it important to withdraw from a previous application?
