Hiring procedure

I have 15 years of pharma experience. I had a phone interview on Tuesday. It seemed to go really well. He asked my salary requirements. Obviously, I'm not entry level. I told him in the 80s. He went silent on me. He said I should get a link for the official app that afternoon and I didn't get it. He also said I would know in 3 days if I will be going on to the next round. Haven't heard a peep. Of course it is a holiday weekend. Two questions: Is a salary in the 80s uncommon for Astellas? (It's very common for other companies when a candidate has 15 years of experience.). Second: Tell me a little about the hiring process. Should I not have expected to hear from Astellas before the holiday? What's the hiring timeline look like? Any input appreciated!
