Benefits - decent
Day to day work life - working overtime and constantly fearing for your job (at least if you’re anywhere in the West)
Products - good but not the best on the market like they were
SLT - incompetent but don’t have to deal with much
Work / Life - nonexistent. Prepare for micromanagement to the next level. You don’t get paid enough for the work you’ll put in

Call them back!! Most likely all these posts are the same three disgruntled employees. Natera is a great place that treats hard workers very well. If you want a part time job and want to make 200k a year this is not the place for you.

Comp is decent but leadership is pretty crappy. Not a ton of room for growth unless you kiss ass or get dirt. Commissions set arbitrarily. It’s a paycheck but not stable long term..
