Open roles where!!??? Ophthalmology is also on a hiring freeze. There they gonna stick those reps?

Those that have been thru this before, does a hiring freeze typically lead to layoffs? How long does it last? This is getting ridiculous in Eye Care. There are so many vacancies and numbers are also abysmal. Not helping if we don’t have the share of voice while launching a product.

Hiring freeze is usually to cut costs to better meet quarter budget, but sometimes they are hoping to lose enough by attrition so they don’t have to have a mass layoff.

That's bc the managers are terrible. There have been durysta openings all year until they just stopped trying to fill them bc nobody wants them.
