Hiring Freeze

Was going out for position with Takeda. Completed about five interviews. Had my flight information for my sixth and final interview with RD. Get a call last week from the hiring manager that they were instructed to cancel the interview due to a hiring freeze.

Kind of expected it from what I’ve seen posted here...but damn.

Yep, only filling positions where it’s absolutely essential. Acquisition is in accelerated mode. Layoffs notices should happen in early December.

Five interviews! For which division - that’s 3 too many...

Layoffs will be this year as both companies have way too many reps. They all lie to you. This company is about to become the laughing stock of the industry.
