i interviewed for a job and haven't heard back ? Manager says waiting on HR?

How in good conscious could either you or Novo consider an employment engagement??

I appreciate if your personal situation requires that you get immediate cash flow, but be warned that Novo hired people and then layed them off within 30 days.

Absolutely unconscionable.

I also interviewed for a position, southeast region. Perfect fit for me (products, territory, etc); heard nothing for over a week, contacted the person, and was told they had "cancelled" the position. They said they would "revisit" hiring for this position at the end of first quarter. Something is up...

does not look good. I just took a position with a different company. Novo was a great company, but the culture and market have changed drastically.
