Hiring freeze

Company wide hiring freeze. Lot of open positions that are not going to be filled. To hit the numbers, company is not bringing on new people. Does this happen every year?

After 3 years of rumor and speculation, it's pretty safe to assume that Stryker's not interested in this POS. They moved on a long time ago

The finance team is just doing the right thing to make sure that all field positions are cost justified.

No different than any other expense.

I believe the correct phrase is "right-sizing" the field organization.

When Has "right sizing" ever resulted in the addition of field sales reps?

it is simple.

we are not a revenue growth company...so, cut expenses.
