Can someone explain the rationale behind the frenzy of hiring? Sales are stagnant. Not gaining UHC like we thought. Losing accounts in February that we gained in November. Seems to me like EC has out the pharma playbook. Hire young cheap reps in an expansion. A year later sales are not up to snuff and the experienced better paid reps are removed. The sales expansion can’t be because sales are doing so well they need more reps
