HIPPA Violations with Praluent

It has been reported that a few Regeneron Sales Representatives, and NOT, Account Managers, are filling out PA's and are also pulling patient charts to identify candidates for Praluent. Did you know that the patient can take legal action against you, the company, and the physician for HIPPA Violations. Just because the physician signed the waiver for the Account Manager to conduct such activities, that waiver does not protect the SALES REPRESENTATIVE. Personal Liability in terms of financial claim is huge! Regeneron cannot protect you. Of course, I am an Amgen Rep. I am just sending you a warning that if you are one of these representatives, don't put your family at risk! It's not worth it! Just a warning...

Are you serious?? i have been told many times the Amgen reps does EVERYTHING. You might as well put on a new name badge. Amgen rep, the new MA. Integrity is everything. It'll catch up to you.
 






Our DM over at told us to "do whatever we have to do". I'm guessing there are many more that are directing their reps to do the same thing. Either you do it to get a lousy 5 scripts a month or you are micromanaged until you quit.
