it is an absolute joke , if owned alot of share of baxter i would summon Almeida and agitate to get him thrown out on this aquistion alone, paid to much, and has failed to execute .

watch this space 2024 HR global sales and OI will be so short to plan this should e enough for investors to ask serious questions regarding Aleidas competence .

China GM is regretting coming to Baxter he is from UCB proper Pharma with proprietary brands. He has told me he has no clue how to fix China, VBP, localisation from government , baxter portfolio is just dying . Nutrition venture no future at negative margin, IV fluuids exit was 5 years too late. sevo is the next one to lose a lot of share .....Bax China is doomed ....
