That people can't figure out how to mute their phone. I'd love to know who the female is that was carrying on a wonderful personal conversation while the town hall was going on. What a bonehead.

I am working my ass off for every single Rx and will probably get a pip while this bonehead is probably going to make Presidents Club.

As the call ended, you could here her talking to her daughter about turning off the hose. Seems she was in her yard with the kiddies.

She might have been in the Eastern Time zone where the call would have started at 5pm.

It doesn't matter if she was in Eastern time zone or not. Can't she figure out how to mute her iPhone?

I'm Eastern time zone (thanks for doing call on MY time), and I cracked a beer open, said hello to my wife, went to my office, and turned the sprinklers on, and was still on the call - with my phone on mute.

It did not look good for her to be having a personal conversation on her personal phone all during the SC call. She shows how "engaged" we all are.

In my 15 yrs plus in this Industry, I have NEVER heard such an unprofessional conference call. To say that there was no operator assist is one thing, however to allow the call to continue without muting everyone again and asking for compliance before continuing call was disastrous... Who's on 1st??
