Look....we all joined this company because we have a "first in class" product. No side effects, crazy OS data (if you believe the statistical analysis) but mgmt has run this place into the ground. I only see it getting worse with the momo's that we brought on from big Pharma. God help us all.

Sad.....very, very, very sad. A lot of careers are going to be ruined.

Cheer up, I hear that there is a new program out there that will solve all of the economic and reimbursement concerns that have plagued this drug. Funny thing is, management had nothing to do with its inception and is not funding the fix. God appears to have answered our prayers.

I have responsibility for community urology and oncology who are still hesitant on Provenge because either they have concerned about distributor terms or are concerned about having too many claims/dollars outstanding. So, despite Medicare paying within 15 days, I'm still challenged with the reimbursement issue.

If that is the case then RxAssure seems to be a slam dunk. They provide the physicain with the money at the time they administer therapy and then drop the bill on their behalf. Distributor terms are resolved given that the physician has money in hand and outstanding balances therefore should not be an issue.

I think they are blowing smoke up your butt. There is no way in this world anyone who believes in the benefit would not at least give it a second try given all that has changed. It is practically risk free for the practice if they dot their I's and cross the T's...

I think the reimbursement issue is that the docs tell the patients that they are completely responsible for the payment. The patient then imagines collection agencies, etc if the doc screws up the billing.

I don't like doctors, it would be better if you could get provenge from your chiropractor:)
