Highest base/total comp plan market?

Doing pretty well right now as I'm only 25 and my base is 73, OTE around 110 but my resume is looking pretty impressive and I'm always curious where more can be made.

Where are some of the highest base/total comp in the field? Looking for the relationship building/minimal cold calling, granted you have enough exp. Where do a lot of the ppl in medical want to get to, what are some of the best opps out there in general?

W2 base 0$, car allowance 0$, made 3.6 mil last year as distributor for pain cream company. Short lived but made serious life changing $$. Not sure what I am going to do next

I saw a lot people making great money doing this, I had many contacts and friends throughout the country and got extremely lucky and happen to hook up with a great pharmacy.

I won't divulge what I am currently peddling, however I would advise to seek out interventional platforms and technologies that decision makers have an input (CT, Neuro, Cardio, etc). Like the other high earner said sometimes you have to take a chance in very unconventional products like pain cream.
