High Deductible Health Plan???

I'm considering a position with Elanco, but read that Lilly only offers 2 consumer driven deductible health plans and was totally surprised to see that a pharmaceutical company would not have better health insurance for its employees. Can anyone comment on their experience/opinion of the Lilly/Elanco health plan?

Sounds like it could be a deal breaker for you. Ask. You may have to ask if you could speak with HR. If they (Lily) do not think that it is important to give you an answer or access to an answer then they may not be the company for you.

NexGard- killing, actually killed Comfortis. NexGard Spectra launching 2015 will kill Trifexis. Apoquel will crush Atopica and generic suture picking up and soon Ethicon will be hurting.
Pressure to sell Interceptor will be the directive for 2015. Not happening. Heartgard and Sentinel to competitively priced. Ceva's generic won't d much but Sentinel will not let Interceptor in clinics. Elanco is a good company and in about 2 years they will be on the upswing again.

Stay away from this shit show! With all these Novartis people out culture is changing by the day. We are being pressured to sell Interceptor. Does our management even know that Heartgard and Sentinel are not going to just sit there.
