Correction it is actually the total perf payout but it will be small either way so who cares. I ran into my Bro rep last week and she said their target is 7500 per qtr and she carries 1 Rx!!!!!! If thats true I am BS mad right now!
 



I used to work at Dey. Bonuses have sucked since Mylan took over. I remember just our super bonuses at the end of the year being over 20k after Mylan I didn't even get that in a year. At my current Phama company I have already made 75,000 in bonus and have one check left this year. There are much better offers out there if you are smart enough to find them.

But you're getting $100k on BONUS!!! Where at? And what's your base?
 



No sh*t, Mylan has totally screwed its reps once again. Sitting on $ instead of paying out. Jiggling the goals & data. No payout on 2 of 3 drugs for 10 months. Yay, well worth the wait when get that $1000-$2000 before taxes if get anything at all. How is this ethical or legal? Who isn't looking for a better gig? This company is embarrassing.
 



Duh! Haven't you figured out that Mylan is keeping as much $ as they can so that our new "well qualified" president (hehe)and his gang of new "overachievers" (hehe) can either 1. bankrupt us or 2. sell us?

ok, we know its hard, but think before you type please! The P-mist payments are late because the company has to wait for HHC data- NO matter what they are paid out at the same exact F'in time but refill rates are 10 times lower for retail. There is no advantage at all to send to a retail pharmacy! Thats why Brov kicks your ass week in and week out, idiot!

brovana rep here. yes target bonus is 30k per year and we sell only one product. That is at 100% goal attainment. We are expected to grow Brovana 21% year over year to attain bonus. Culture at Sunovion sucks all reps worry about there jobs. Miss 100% to goal 2 quarters in a row you go on PIP. The amount you miss each quarter by is added on to next Quarters goal. Miss 3 quarters in a row and you are fired. We do not get our HHC numbers any faster than you, still have not seen November's HHC numbers yet.
 






Realigned 2.5 yrs ago and expanded to 120 reps at same time large territories only selling Brovana. That's why Brovana is 158M and Pmist is 84M. Have fun at your meeting ours is in San Fran in a few weeks.
